This is a thick, rich and full flavoured honey with a dark amber color. It is considered one of the best Australian premium honey. Sourced from the pristine Jarrah forest in Karragullen just outside of Perth, Super Jarrah is harvested once every two years from small and remote isolated hives which makes it rare, hard to come by and expensive. With a Total Activity rating of 35+ this honey has a beautiful fragrance from the flower blossoms of the Marri tree.
Marri Honey is collected from the rich and ancient Marri forests in the southwest of Western Australia. Sometimes referred to as Red Gums due to their deep red sap, the Marri trees yield beautiful cream coloured blossoms from which bees source their honey.
Though they emit a strong fragrance, Marri Honey made from these blooms has a more subtle flavour profile.

This exquisite golden honey is collected from the flowers of ancient giant Karri tree forests near the country town of Walpole in the far south of Western Australia. The Karri trees are some of the tallest in the world, some even growing to reach a gigantic 90 meters in height.
These trees are unique to Western Australia and only flower every 7 - 10 years or so, making them a rare honey collection.
